In addition to other add-ons, The Self Service Repair Store will now offer genuine iPad parts ( including displays, batteries, cameras, charging ports, cameras, and charging ports ), repair tools, and the ability to schedule an Apple Diagnostics session. This change also has an impact on separate repair shops, who were previously unable to legally maintenance tablets or sell parts to customers.

The iPad Air ( M2 ) and iPad Pro ( M4), iPad mini ( A17 Pro ), and iPad ( A16 ) models will be covered by the service expansion.
