Warner Bros. Discovery is divdiving into two distinct common businesses, one of which owns CNN, Food Network, DC Studios, and Warner Bros. Gaming. The new businesses may be called Streaming &amp, Studios, and Global Networks, according to a media release released on Monday. It’s difficult to imagine that their general names didn’t cause some confusion among streaming customers, even though you doesn’t rule out further rebranding in the near future.

The recently renamed HBO Max, Warner Bros. shows and games, and DC, among others, will be included in the streaming andamp, Studios. International Networks will have among its assets TNT Sports, CNN, Bleacher Report, and Discovery Plus.

In 2022, the two businesses only finished combining. In 2026, the new cut is anticipated to be finished.
