A few things I didn’t throw in an air fryer are there. Sauce? Without a doubt. Dish? possibly. Kale? Yes, indeed. It’s actually became my chosen method of cooking, and I’m always pleased with the end result.
I enjoy broccoli in every way, but I especially enjoy it when it’s covered in buffalo sauce. Because it doesn’t, I’m not here to persuade you that bull cabbage tastes like buffalo chicken wings in my air fryer. However, I make a claim that it’s still delicious and incredibly simple to make. And best of all, it still has a healthier substitute to meat wings if you want to meet your savory appetite.  ,

Materials for broccoli in bull
- A nose of cabbage
- Frank’s Buffalo Sauce ( or create your own by combining Frank’s hot sauce and butter ).
- garlic powders
- Garlic flour
- Paprika
- Feel the pepper
How to make cabbage and buffalo food.
Step 1: Wash and snip the cauliflower until they are small enough to fit in your hand and are completely dry.
Step 2: When the parts are somewhat coated, include dashes of garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and pepper to a bowl with a mist of olive oil. ( I advise checking the amount of ingredients you need based on the amount of cabbage you’re using because you don’t want to overdo it because much of the taste may come from the buffalo sauce. )
Step 3: Combine the broccoli and arrange the items in a single layer in the air fryer. The plate should be positioned in the back. At 400 degrees Fahrenheit, air pan for 10 days, rotating the box way.
Step 4: After 10 minutes, place the cauliflower up in a large bowl with buffalo sauce on top. ( As opposed to worrying about cross-contamination as you would with chicken wings )  ,
Step 5: When the cabbage is completely covered, put it back in the air fry and cook it at 400 degrees for another 5 minutes. Finally, it is ready to be enjoyed!  ,
Note: Because there is no starch or flour surface in this formula, it will still create a delicious, buffalo-infused vegetable.  ,

Yes! This healthier substitute to chicken wings, French fries, and other popular side dishes and meals is made with the smallest elements in this dish. Frank’s Buffalo Sauce has no calories or large, despite being a little high in calcium.  ,
Very little oil is used in this formula, which is also healthier than deep-frying foods. Cauliflower is a food high in vitamin C and vitamin K, according to WebMD. Since it is primarily made up of water, it can also help combat thirst. You’ll probably also be drinking plenty of water anyhow, which is a win-win in my opinion, especially if you eat something with spicy buffalo sauce.
