Game 3 for the Stanley Cup is underway tonight.
The Florida Panthers beat the Edmonton Oilers in Game 2 of the 2025 Stanley Cup finals, 5-4 in a double overtime.
The Panthers’ Sam Bennett scored for the team in the first 2:07 in the first half, but the Oilers’ Evander Kane quickly answered. While there was plenty of action and both teams racked up penalty minutes, the Panthers’ Brad Marchand scored the final goal in the double overtime that helped the team secure their victory. Since the two teams are both tied 1-1 for the series so far, we’ll definitely see at least three more games between the two teams.
