Chickenpeas are having a time, at least in my family. They remind me of the European fries in that they are delectable no matter how you cook them. The weather fry, one of my favorite appliances, is what I’ve found to be the best one for making my favorite, high-protein, and snack.
When properly cooked, chickpeas are spicy, crispy, and eternally customizable. In under 15 minutes, an air fryer can turn regular chickpeas into a bright, crunchy treat. However, you must be aware of one thing before you even consider pressing the “air fryer” key: Make sure the chickpeas are bone dry.  ,
After washing and draining the lentils, place them in an a  salad spinner and roll them until they appear as dry as possible. If you don’t have a spin, you you spread them out on a plate and use paper towels to absorb the water before letting them air dry for a few days.
When they’ve dried, it’s time to prepare them for cooking. The best part is that a could of beans can be bought for less than a dollar. That’s all you need for this quick,  , protein-packed treat, along with a rain of olive oil and some ingredients. Here is everything you need to create.

Ingredients:
- 1 is of garbanzo beans or chickpeas.
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 / 4 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1/4 tablespoon paprika ,
- 1/4 oz cinnamon
- 1/8 tablespoon harissa ,
- a dash of salt, pepper, and onion powder
How to prepare lentils in an atmosphere fryer:  ,
Step 1: Wash and wash the chickpeas, therefore spin them in the dish as directed above to clean them.
Step 2: Toss the powdered beans until they are completely covered and have a slight reddish tint by tossing them with avocado oil, then your ingredients in a medium-sized dish.
Step 3: Layer the organized lentils in a single layer in an air fryer lined with parchment paper.
Step 4: Using the air fryer basket way through the cooking process, make them at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or until they are beautiful colored. Examine them after ten minutes to make sure they have the desired crispness. Place them back in the air fry for two days at a time if you want them to be crispier.
Step 5: When the beans are finished cooking, assist them on a salad or with a side of roasted vegetables either on their own or as a snack.  ,
