I tried Tasty &#039’s AI-Powered Recipe Remixes to Uplift My Traditional Meals

When it comes to meals, I’m a creature of habit. I usually have a plan for what I’ll order in the restaurants I repeated, and I have a meal plan in my home. Not that I’m uninspired, either. Only that I like to know that what I eat will be loved. And my artistic prowess don’t just stop at the home.

Request that a meal be written before a little story. My preferred tool is a pen, not a pan. &nbsp,

I eat at home 90 % of the time to save money, and while I have my usual regular meals, I enjoy having range throughout the week to maintain my wandering tastes happy. ( I blame all those traveling years ) It ruined my tongue. I’ve used an&nbsp, synthetic intelligence&nbsp, recipe&nbsp, and machine in the past to turn a photo from a restaurant into a recipe you can make in your own kitchen. I wanted to see what a device called Recipe Remixes may do. &nbsp,

In the new AI-powered have on the Tasty‘s software, Food Network, you can find a number of variations of popular Tasty dishes. Per meal, you get three distinct variations. You can also ask it to improve the dish by making it simpler, healthier, or more sweet. Tasty is tapping into the advice and techniques of its community to help individuals improve their cooking and increase user engagement with its AI. &nbsp,

The element was released in March 2025 via the Tasty iphone app for free. Utilizing OpenAI’s GPT-4o little model, Recipe Remixes. &nbsp,

Spin the food like a DJ

I first installed the Tasty software and set up an account. It will ask you a few questions, such as whether you practice vegetarianism and what matters most to you when cooking.

If you’re looking for a particular recipe, you can use the search club or skim through the advice. Keep in mind that when you get from its food partner, Walmart, the app will enable you to add items to your cart. Just ignore this if you’re really experimenting with meals. &nbsp,

To see the interface, I clicked on a recipe that I probably only use once per week ( honey soy-glazed salmon ). The Tasty app’s power lies in the community feedback and suggestions, which are received by roughly 600,000 users each month. Each meal includes a video, pictures, an ingredient list, instructions, and advice from users of Tasty and, most recently, the Remixes feature. &nbsp,

I requested the function to “make it more nutritious” because I didn’t want to add any more beauty or lemon to my salmon. How’s what Tasty’s AI application suggested: &nbsp.

It would be beneficial to see the new nutritional knowledge, similar to what is displayed in the classic formula. However, I like that it provides a justification for the particular changes it has made. &nbsp,

You AI improve dishes?

Next, I decided to try Tasty’s AI’s basic scrambled egg dish out. The” surprise me” prompt was chosen for me. &nbsp,

The spin adding butter No particularly novel, but delectable, I’m sure. Something sudden, like a honey drizzle, would have impressed me more. &nbsp,

I looked over the meal recipes, but I soon realized they were possibly too complex for me, especially during the weekdays. I’m not the type of person to make a birria baked potatoes, despite working from home a lot of the time. &nbsp,

Is AI improve recipes and make them more nutrient-dense?

I have a recent fascination with something Ube, so I had to try a colored sweet potato latte when I saw one. &nbsp,

Because I am aware that these beautiful beverages can be a sugar weapon, I decided to “make it more healthy.” &nbsp,

The element removed the sweetened condensed milk, which I liked, but it did add protein powders. Additionally, it substituted full milk for almond butter, which will likely result in a watery consistency rather than that creamy consistency. I’m not certain whether coconut may replace sweet potatoes or be successful. &nbsp,

I would have preferred half-and-half instead of whole milk, half the caffeine, and condensed milk ( maybe I’m better than I thought to remix recipes myself ).

You AI make cooking simpler?

I attempted to mix another formula using AI, which is a baked chicken shawarma wrap I’d make for lunch. It’s interesting to see famous recipe ideas for remixes, such as “make it garlicky,” “make it thyme-based,” “make it easier,” and “make it more nutritious.” Although they were great suggestions, I wasn’t going to make my breakfast any more garlicky. My terrible family

I chose to “make it easy” because I enjoy fast lunches. &nbsp,

&nbsp was the original ingredient record:

Therefore, the altered version:

The only thing it did was make me employ a lot of different ingredients, most of which I already have at home, so I didn’t like how it suggested a store-bought sauce. However, it undoubtedly made the light sauce piece simpler because there were fewer materials required.

The ruling on experimenting with AI to alter your meals

Although I enjoyed the user-generated advice, the variety of recipes, and the various ways to make a dinner, I would have liked a little more flexibility. It would be nice if there was a bot feature where I may provide feedback on the modified recipe and make it work for me until I was satisfied with it. &nbsp,

I was also hoping that I would be able to input frequent meals I prepare and have the Artificial mix them rather than having to choose from a list of recipes that I would never make, 95 % of which I would never do. &nbsp,

It’s a nice tool to have when coming up with ideas, as with most AI functions, but I can’t without it. &nbsp,
